About GR IT Services

GR IT Services provides independent assessments of Microsoft 365 tenant configuration for organizations worldwide. The work has one purpose: give your team an accurate picture of how the tenant is configured, and a clear order in which to improve it.

Five working principles

These principles shape every engagement, from the first conversation to the findings walkthrough.

Scope before access
Nothing is reviewed until the areas, access, and evidence handling are agreed. You decide what the assessment can see.
Evidence before opinion
Every finding is tied to the configuration evidence that supports it, so your team can check the conclusion for itself.
Context before severity
The same setting can matter a great deal in one organization and very little in another. Ratings reflect how yours operates.
Two audiences, one report
Plain language for the people deciding priorities. Precise configuration detail for the people making the changes.
Recommendations you can sequence
Advice is ordered by dependency and user impact, so your team can act on it without disrupting the business.

The assessment reports what is observed in your tenant. Where a recommendation relates to a Microsoft feature, findings link to Microsoft’s public documentation so your team can read the source directly.

What an assessment can and cannot tell you

A tenant audit describes how your configuration looked during the review, how significant each gap is, and what to change first. It does not guarantee security, prevent every breach, certify compliance with a standard, or produce a particular Microsoft Secure Score.

Alongside your team or MSP

The assessment is designed to work with the people who already run your tenant. Internal IT teams and managed service providers can take part in scoping, explain the intent behind a setting during the review, and join the findings walkthrough.

Remote, for customers worldwide

GR IT Services is based in Dubai, United Arab Emirates. Engagements are delivered remotely. Meeting times, working hours, and any data handling requirements that apply in your country or sector are agreed during scoping.
