This website, microsofttenantaudit.com, is operated by GR IT Services, based in Dubai, United Arab Emirates (“we”, “us”). We are responsible for the personal information described in this policy.

• When you send an inquiry: your name, work email address, company or organization, and what you want the assessment to answer. Tenant size and location or time zone are optional. We also record whether you asked for occasional emails, and when the inquiry was sent.
• When you use the chat: the same details as the form (the topic, what you want the assessment to answer, your name, company, and work email). Nothing is sent until you choose to send it.
• When you email us: your email address and whatever you include in your message.
• When you visit any page: our hosting provider processes the technical information every website receives, such as your IP address, browser type, and the page requested, in order to deliver the page. We do not use analytics, advertising, or tracking tools, and we do not combine this information with your inquiry.

Please do not send passwords, access tokens, or other credentials through the form or by email.

• To send you one email confirming that we received your inquiry, and to reply to it.
• To discuss what you need.
• To define an assessment scope and prepare a proposal.
• If you engage us, to plan and deliver the engagement under its separate written agreement.
• To send occasional emails about Microsoft 365 assessment topics, only if you asked for them.
• To keep the records the law requires us to keep.

Where data protection law requires a legal basis, we use inquiry details to take steps you have asked for before entering into a contract, and for our legitimate interest in responding to business inquiries. Occasional emails are sent only with your consent, which you can withdraw at any time.

Your information is seen only by the people who handle inquiries and engagements for us. We use service providers that process information on our behalf: the website is hosted on Microsoft Azure, and our email runs on Microsoft 365, which delivers inquiries from the form and the chat to our mailbox and sends your confirmation email.

We do not sell personal information, and we do not share it for advertising.

The website is hosted in Microsoft Azure’s East Asia region. Your information may be processed in countries other than your own, including by our service providers.

We keep inquiry details for as long as we need them to respond and, if you engage us, for the engagement and the records the law requires. When we no longer need them, we delete them. You can ask us to delete them sooner.

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, or delete your personal information, to object to or restrict how we use it, and to receive a copy of it.

You can stop occasional emails at any time by replying to any of them or by writing to us. To make any request, email connect@microsofttenantaudit.com. You may also complain to the data protection authority where you live.

This website does not use cookies or similar technologies. See the cookie policy.

The website is served over HTTPS, and the inquiry form never asks for credentials. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so please share only what is needed to describe your request.

This website is intended for businesses and is not directed at children.
